Customized Address Form for Colombia (CO)

For Colombia sites, these updates need to be added to the Address Form.

  1. Separate Street Name and Street Number into 2 fields.
  2. Add 2 new fields at the beginning of the address form.
    1.  "Tipo de identificación" dropdown list with below values:
      • Elije un documento (default placeholder)
      • Cédula de ciudadanía
      • NIT
      • Cédula de Extranjería
    2. "Numero del documento" input field with validation depends on the selection in the dropdown.
      • For "Cédula de ciudadanía", requires 2 to 10 digits.
      • For "NIT", requires 9-10 digits, leave a mask to fill (XXX.XXX.XXX-Y)
      • For "Cédula de Extranjería", requires 6 digits.
  3. Add the link “Si tienes tu nombre inscrito en el registro mercantil de las cámaras de comercio descubre tu documento por medio de RUES” (“If you have your name registered on the registry of merchant chambers find out your document number on the RUES website”) to http://versionanterior.rues.org.co/RUES_Web/Consultas so the user can search for the document.
  4. If it fails the validation, show this message to the customer “Documento inválido: xxxxxxxx” (Invalid document: xxxxxxx).
  5. When submitting to CRM, we just need to submit the number, type is not needed.
