Guarantee 30 / 60 / 90 Day
This test was aimed at determining if showcasing a "Money Back Guarantee" seal would lower buyers anxiety and result in a higher conversion rate, and if so,
which one was most effective of those tested. The concept for this test was based on competitor sites that promote 30-Day money back Guarantees.
After the completion of the 30day vs 37day guarantee test, last week the results showed that the 30 Day Guarantee outperformed the 37 Day Guarantee. We believe the 30 Day Guarantee was more effective
because it is more prominently used in marketing. Also, 37 is an irregular number that could have been noticed more frequently by users producing a lack of trust. From those results, we decided to test a variety of
commonly used Guarantees 30day, 60day and 90 days to see how standard guarantees would perform. (This test was performed on our most update checkout pages)

Summary of Results
Reference
Results varied between product/language. The tests result were positive across both order pages, with the 90-day guarantee taking the top spot on the MIndInsole EN and the 60-day guarantee winning on EuphoricFeet DE. In conclusion,
the test produced significant increases in the overall performance of the order pages. However, after reviewing the test results with Tim, there is one downside to this test. At the moment, we have no idea how 60 / 90 guarantees will affect the bottom line (ex. increase in refunds). To move forward with this update we will have to decide if the increase in CVR is worth the risk of possible increase refunds.
