60 day / 30 Day Satisfaction (Replacement)

Test Purpose

After the conclusion of the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee vs 60-Day Money Back Guarantee test, we discovered that the Satisfaction Guarantee was more effective. However, both of these guarantees offered a full refund within 60 days of purchase. This approach was thought to be too aggressive and could possibly lead to a higher refund rate. Instead of a refund, we change the value proposition to be a replacement pair of insoles (just pay shipping and handling).

Results

The results were similar to the previous test (60day Satisfaction Guarantee vs 60day Money Guarantee) with MindInsole EN CVR showing no real change and EurphoricFeet DE seeing an increase in CVR. Overall we saw a 3% decrease in the conversion from the previous test, which can be easily explained by the reduction in the value proposition. Moving forward we will update DE offers with the 60 Day Satisfaction (Replacement) Guarantee and re-test the verbiage to see if we can increase the CVR.
