What is the Authenticator section about?

In this section, users can find the Token to enable the integration with a Shopify Store via eOne.

Where is the Authenticator section located?

1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

2. Scroll the menu down to the Account

3. Then click on Authenticator.

How does the Authenticator page work?

To gather the Token to finalize the installation of the eOneE-Oneapp, please follow the below instructions.

1. Once on the Authenticator page, a numeric Token is provided, which is automatically renewed every 45 seconds (see the below example)

2. The above token has to be pasted on Shopify, in the status:your authenticator TOKEN field.
