My Verified
What is the My Verified page for?
Within the My Verified section are listed all orders whose Shipping Address has been already revised and manually updated by the user himself or herself.
Please note that verifying orders' Shipping Address is crucial. If the Shipping Address is not corrected, the orders will not be sent for fulfilment, as the Warehouse will not be able to ship them because the address is flagged as wrong or incomplete.
Where the My Verified section is located?
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on Address Verification
And then on My Verified.
What is on the My Verified page?
Besides having listed all orders, which shipping address has been manually amended by the user him/herself (see the below example)
the features and functionality of the My Verified page are the same as the Address Verify one. Therefore, please refer to the helpdesk article: Address Verify.
