What is the Bookmarked section for?
Within the Bookmarked section are listed all orders that the user has bookmarked from one of the other three categories of the Address Verification section, such as Address Verify, All Verified and My Verified.
In other words, orders will appear in this section ONLY if the user has assigned them to himself/herself by clicking on the Bookmark button
Where the Bookmarked section is located?
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on Address Verification
And then on Bookmarked.
What is on the Bookmarked page?
Besides having listed all orders that the user has bookmarked from one of the other three categories of the Address Verification section, such as Address Verify, All Verified and My Verified (see the below example)
the features and functionality of the Bookmarked page are the same as the Address Verify one. Therefore, please refer to the helpdesk article: Address Verify.
