What is the Product Feature Types section about?

In the Product Feature Types section, users can create all the product types to be used in any Product Settings page, specifically in the Product Features area (see the below example)

Where the Product Feature Types section is located?

1. Log in to the CRM instance and go to the left-side menu

2. Scroll down and click Products>Product Feature Types.

How to create new Product Feature Types

1. Click on the + Create New button

2. The user will be redirected to the New Product Feature Type page

3. In the Name field, type the product feature option that needs to be added

4. Click on the Save button

5. All product features, already created, will be listed on the Product Feature Types main page as per the below example:

How to edit an existing Product Feature Types

1. Click on the Details button

2. The user will be redirected to the New Product Feature Type page, where the updates can be made

3. Once done, click on the Save button
