Product Categories


What is the Product Categories section about?

In the Product Categories section, users can create all the options that users can pick when setting up a new product, in the Product Settings page

Where the Product Categories section is located?

  1. Log in to the CRM instance and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click Products>Products Categories.

How to create a new Product Category

  1. Click on the + Create New button

  2. The user will be redirected to the Product Category page

  3. Fill the details in the fields and switch to ON the toggle Is Active

  4. Click on the Save button

  5. All product categories, already created, will be listed on the Product Categories main page as per the below example:

How to edit an existing Product Feature Types

  1. Click on the Edit button

  2. The user will be redirected to the Product Categories page, where the updates can be made

  3. Once done, click on the Save button (see the below example)

How to delete an existing Product Category

Click on the Delete button to remove an existing Product Category
