(Price) Formulas
What is the Formulas section about?
The Formula or Selling Price Formula identifies the total cost of all units being bought, by dividing the total cost by the number of units bought to obtain the cost price.
By using the selling price formula, users can set up the way how the final price has been calculated, for instance:
Selling Price = Cost Price + Profit Margin. |

Where is the Formulas section located?
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on Prices
And then on Formulas.
How to create a new Formula
Click on the + Create New button
The user will be redirected to the New Price Formula page, where each section needs to be filled in as explained below, in the next topics
Once all details have been included, click on the Save button
All Price Formulas, already created, will be listed on the Price Formula main page as per the below example:
Price Formula Basics
In this first section, users need to:
Type the name of the price
Set to ON the toggle Is Active?
Then pick one of the options Product | Package
Price Formula Steps
In this section, users can type the expression of the formula, please follow the below steps to configure the formula.
To create an expression, for any of the available variables
users need to double-click or drag and drop them in the below area
Afterwards, select a field in the form and hit the equal sign (=) on your keyboard to start creating a formula. So then, users can either:
Hit @ to show a menu listing all variables already configured with a formula
Or manually type the formula in the fields (see the below example)
To further add a formula in every row, please click on the Stop Editing button, each time a line has been completed and to be able to start editing the next one
Once the Full Retail Price formula is ready, just click on the Save button
Adding or removing Price Variables
In order to include or exclude price variables from the Price Formula Settings page
Just refer to the section Price>Variables.

How to edit an existing Formula
Click on the Edit button
The user will be redirected to the Price Formula page, where the updates can be made
Once done, click on the Save button (see the below example)
How to delete an existing Formula
Click on the Delete button to remove an existing formula
