What is the Integrations section about?

In this section, users can gather the Integrations key to connect the CRM instance, from which the keys are coming, to a CTRwow account.

How does the Integrations section work?

In order to link the CRM instance to a CTRwow account, please follow the below instructions.

1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

2. Scroll the menu down up to the System Settings and then click on Integrations

3. On the Integration Services page, go to the right side and click on the Edit button
   
   

   Open

   

4. A small tab will pop up and from there the user should:

   1. Switch to ON the toggle Is Enabled?

   2. Copy the Service and Integrations Keys

   3. Hit on the Save button at the bottom of the tab (see the below example)

      Open

      

5. Provide the Keys to the Support at support@dfogpc.com or support@ctrwow.com, so the integration with CTRwow will be implemented.
