What is the Settings section about?

In the Settings section, users are able to:

  1. Find all campaigns

  2. Create a new campaign

  3. Edit campaigns

  4. Clone a campaign

  5. Delete a campaign.

Where the Settings section is located

  1. Log in to CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Click on Campaign Management

  3. Then Settings.

How to look for a campaign

By using the search field, users can easily look for any campaign as explained in the below video tutorial

How to create a campaign

Once you click on the Create New button, you will start the process of creating a new campaign as explained in the below video tutorial

How to edit a campaign

  1. Click either on the Campaign name or the Edit button

  2. Users will be then redirected to the Campaign Settings page where all the changes can be made

  3. Once done, click on the Save button

How to clone a campaign

  1. Click on the Clone button

  2. Users will be then redirected to the new Campaign Settings page, where all changes can be made as well as set up anything that is still needed

  3. Once done, click on the Create button (see the below example)

How to delete a campaign

  1. Click on the Delete button

  2. Confirm the action and the campaign will be removed
