Top Picks
What are the Top Picks?
The Top Picks are the top offers that can be included in the Bundle email templates and that customers may receive in their order confirmation email.
The Top Picks is mainly the picture of the product which is also a CTA button that, once clicked, redirects visitors to the web page of the product.
Therefore, the Top Picks section, under Campaign Management, is where each top pick can be built, so that later it can be easily added to the campaign as well as to the bundle email templates.
The essential information requested to create a top pick is:
the Image URL
the Call Action Image URL.
A Top Pick can easily include multiple product offers; therefore each Top Pick can be linked to a specific Bundle of email Templates.

To find this section, follow the below steps.
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on the Campaign Management
Then click on Top Picks.
How can a Top Pick be linked to Bundle Emails?
There is a specific email variable that has been developed, called @TopPickTitle, which allows the user to customize the template by adding the top pick to it.
Incorporating a top pick into an email bundle can be done at the campaign level as per the steps below:
From Dashboard, go to the left-side menu and select Campaign Management
Select the campaign you want to
Once you are on the page of the campaign, click on Email Settings, from the right-side menu
Please switch on the option Bundled Emails
Next select the field Top picks for this campaign, which has a scroll-down menu where the specific top pick can be chosen and included in the email template
Once done, on the right side of the page, click on the green Save button. Thus, the final result of this configuration should be like the example below:
