What is the PayPal - My Cases section about?
In the PayPal - My Cases section is listed all PayPal disputes that the users have been working on (see the below example)
Where the PayPal - My Cases section is located?
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on Disputes
And then on PayPal - My Cases.
How the PayPal - My Cases section works
Besides having listed all disputes that the user him/herself has been working on (see the below example)
the features and functionality of this page are the same as the PayPal one. Therefore, please refer to the helpdesk article: PayPal.
