(Disputes) Return Address


What is the Return Address section about?

In the Disputes>Return Address, users have to set the Return Address for cases in which the customers request to return the product. This is mandatory information required by PayPal.

Where the Return Address section is located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on Disputes

  3. And then on the Return Address.

How to create a Return Address

  1. Click on the + Create New button

  2. On the Return Address Settings page, fill in the address details

  3. Click on the Create a Return Address button

  4. Then add the Countries where the return address should work by selecting the Please Select a Country button

    and choosing them from the drop-down menu

  5. Click on the Update Common Countries button

  6. Once the address is created, it will be listed on the Return Address main page (see the below example)

How to edit a Return Address

  1. Click on the Edit button

  2. In the Return Address Settings page make the changes and then click on the Update This Information button, to update the address details

  3. To modify the Common Countries, once done click on the Update Common Countries button

How to delete a Return Address

  1. Click on the Delete button

  2. Confirm the actions and the address will be removed.
