What is the Customer Account

The customer account provides the customer information grouped on the below topics:


Accounts

The customer’s general information is displayed in this section (see below example)

Additionally, the user has also available:

  • Blacklisted Toggle: by setting it to ON, the user is flagged as blacklisted, which means that he/she won’t be able to buy on the company website anymore using the email registered in this account.

  • Enable Editing button: by clicking on this button, the user can modify the customer’s details mentioned above. Once the data has been updated, the user should click on the Stop Editing button and then Save.

  • Unsubscribe Email button: By clicking on this button, the customer will be unsubscribed from any marketing list.

Tickets

In this section, the user will be able to check any email exchange between the customer and the Customer Service Team (see the below example)

By clicking on the View Details button on the right side of each page, the user will open the Tickets page with all threads.

The Create Ticket button redirects the user to the New Ticket page, where an email can be sent to the customer.

Orders

All orders placed by the customer will be listed in this section (see the below example)

Clicking on the Order Number or the Master Order Number will open the order page.

Shipping Address

Any shipping address used by the customer on any order placed (see the below example):

Billing Address

Any billing address used by the customer on any order placed (see the below example):

Payments

The payment status of each order is listed in this section (see the below example):

Gift Cards

Any Gift Card already sent to the customer is listed in this section (see the below example):

Additionally, on the Gift Cards table, there are two buttons:

  1. Selecting the i button a small tab pops up displaying the Gift Card details (see the below example)

  2. Clicking on the $ button, the tab to recharge the Gift Card will appear (see the below example)

Nonetheless, at this moment, the Recharge option is NOT working.
